The Ankle Brace incorporates an adjustable elastic band above the ankle with attachments at each end. The band is adjustable and removable if necessary. The adjustable band is especially practical when you have an injury that has caused localised swelling, for if the swelling reduces, the adjustable strap allows you to tighten the garment accordingly.

If you have injury problems with your heel, then we would recommend the Back on Track socks or insoles as the Ankle Brace has an opening for the heel.

Please note that the Ankle Brace takes a little extra space in your shoes as it is made of a thicker fabric than the socks. This allows for the Ankle Brace's supportive function but also means that the edges may be less comfortable than the socks for some users during longer use. In order to achieve the optimum Back on Track effect it is advisable to use the product over a longer period of time. Please see user instructions for more information.

Material

Fabric is manufactured in China and consists of 100% polypropylene (with ceramic powder) or 50% polyester (with ceramic powder) and 50% cotton.

Washing

Washed at a maximum of 40 degrees with gentle washing program.
